POLICIES
- All patrons entering the premises must have a purpose of entry, whether it be participating in an activity or a relationship to someone participating in an activity. No loitering is permitted on site.
- We reserve the right to receive and store contact information of all patrons on site.
- Entry is contingent on adherence to the below policies.
Tennis Bookings:
- A minimum of 12 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your booking. You may cancel your booking online, or by emailing info@cpsports.com.au
- Late cancellations and ‘no shows’ will be charged for the duration of their booking.
- In the event of wet or inclement weather, you are required to call the centre to check the status of the courts. Failure to do so will result in the court hire being charged if the courts are playable.
- Where sufficient notice is provided, or if the courts are unplayable, your court hire will be credited. This credit will last for 3 months.
- You are only permitted to use the court for the duration of your booking. The court may not be used beyond the booking duration, even if the court is free afterwards. If you would like to stay longer, please book online or notify reception in advance.
- We will always aim to provide your preferred court, however in some circumstances we may need to swap courts to accommodate programming.
- Third-party coaching is not permitted on site.
Multi-Sport Bookings:
- Studs are not permitted on court. Please ensure all players are wearing flat soles, as those wearing studs will not be permitted to enter the court.
- A minimum of 24 hours is required to cancel or reschedule your booking. You may cancel your booking online, or by calling 9744 2767.
- Late cancellations and ‘no shows’ will be charged for the duration of their booking.

Cintra Park Tennis & Sports Centre promotes an inclusive and diverse environment that welcomes all. Each visitor to the site plays a role in contributing and fostering an environment in which all other visitors feel welcome and safe. We expect all patrons on site to display appropriate conduct.
Code of Conduct
- No verbal, written, or physical threats aimed towards any patron or member of staff.
- No language or behaviour that antagonises, harasses, intimidates, or belittles any patron or member of staff.
- No discrimination towards any patron or member of staff.
- No antisocial or unwelcome behaviour towards any patron or member of staff.
- No behaviour that would endanger the health, safety or wellbeing of any patron or member of staff.
- No violent conduct towards any patron or member of staff.
If anyone is found to have breached our code of conduct and/or is detrimental to a positive and inclusive environment, several actions may occur. More severe breaches may result in a permanent ban from Cintra Park Tennis & Sports Centre. These situations are dealt with on a case by case basis, and is at the discretion of Cintra Park Tennis & Sports Centre staff.
- Courts are not permitted for unpaid use.
- Payment must be made prior to entering your court.
- Courts may only be used for the duration in which they are booked. If you would like to request additional time, please speak to a member of staff.
- Our courts and facilities may only be hired for their intended respective uses, unless there is prior written approval by management.
