Cintra Park Tennis & Sports Centre offer a number of adult competitions to put your skills to the test, socialise with other players and most importantly have some fun competing in matchplay.
ADULT COMPETITION
Cintra Park Tennis & Sports Centre offer adult tennis competitions catering for all playing standards.
We offer a flexible variety of matchplay – simply select what suits you!
You can register as a team or as an individual, and we will do our best to assist in facilitating matchplay with players of a similar standard.
FITNESS & FUN
Competitions are a great way to get some exercise and keep fit, all while having some fun and doing something you love.

Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) is a rating scale which all players from junior to professional are rated on the same scale, regardless of their age, gender or country.
UTR enables us to grade players and facilitate more competitive matchplay with players around your standard. You’ll also be able to see a full record of your matches and statistics!
Our comps are UTR accredited.

Looking for some match play in a less competitive and more social environment? We run a weekly social where fun is the focus! Our staff will pair you up with other players and organise some casual matchplay.
Frequently Asked Questions
We require all competition players to have a Tennis ID and an activated UTR. If you have not already completed this, please follow these steps:
- Go to https://matchcentre.tennis.com.au/ and register (or sign in if you have an existing account).
- Once registered and/or logged into your ‘Match Centre’ account, click ‘Activate my UTR Rating’. This will redirect you to the UTR site.
- Create a UTR account (or sign into an existing account) and complete the remaining details. Once complete, your Match Centre and UTR profiles will be linked, and you’ll be ready to play! For team competitions, please ensure both team members complete this process.

If you are interested in playing a team based competition but do not have a team, please submit our ‘Individual Registration’ form. While we cannot guarantee that we can find you a partner/team, we will do our best to try and team you up with other individual registrations.
For team based competitions, yes. You may register with additional players and rotate on a weekly basis – just ensure all player details are provided.
We have a reserves list for when a team or player requires a fill in. If you can commit to the majority of the competition, you may still register and request a reserve in the weeks you are unavailable. Alternatively, you may register on our reserves list if you are unable to commit for the majority of the season, for potential matchplay opportunities.

Scores are typically entered within a business day of the match taking place, and will be visible on the website shortly after. Submitted scores then transfer across to your UTR (as long as both players have activated and linked their UTR). Scores may take up to 10 business days to transfer across to UTR.
If you believe there is an error with your scores, just call or email us and we will review/rectify!
Typically, we will send an information packet out via email the day before the competition commences to registered players.
