A Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO) provides information about the rights, responsibilities and options available to an individual making a complaint in sport. This role is impartial and doesn’t mediate or investigate complaints.

At Cintra Park Tennis and Sports Centre, the Member Protection Information Officer is Aaron Leone, Facility Coordinator. He is the first point of contact at the club for any enquiries, concerns or complaints around any inappropriate behaviour including and not limited to abuse or harassment.
